How to download movements as a .xlsx file with one sheet per month
CaliMoney generates an Excel (.xlsx) file with your movements organized in monthly sheets, category totals and notes on individual movements.
How to export
Go to Download in the bottom navigation bar.
Choose the start date and end date of the export.
Tap Download Excel. The file is generated in the browser and downloaded automatically.
File structure
| Sheet | Content |

| One sheet per month | All movements for the month with date, type, category, amount and description |
| Category totals | Sum of amounts grouped by category |
Excel notes contain individual movement details for quick reference.
The export only includes movements already synced with the cloud. Movements pending synchronization might not appear.
If encryption is active, movements are decrypted in memory before export. The downloaded Excel file is not encrypted: store it securely.
